1. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders ₱799 and above. However, if it's less than ₱799, the shipping fee will be 150.

2. Who is your delivery service/courier?

We have plenty of couriers depending on your location, our courier might call you within the day of delivery so please make sure to have your registered mobile phone nearby in case they call. Our delivery service cannot promise a time period since they follow a route sheet within your area. 

3. Can you deliver the items nationwide?

Yes, we can deliver nationwide. However, due to implementation of community quarantine in some provincial areas, our logistics partner have also out of delivery zones, please bear with us as we are only depending on the areas they can cater for the time being. 

4. How many days should I receive my order and what modes of payment available?

Metro Manila: 2-5 days

Provinces: 5-14 days 

Due to the implementation of community quarantine which limits transportation and mobility, delivery schedules may get affected.Thank you for your patience and understanding.

5. How many times will they deliver my product?

Our delivery partner will attempt 2-3x before considering your order as cancelled. Once failed, your address and name may be included in the blacklist of COD.

6. How do I track my order?

7. I was delivered the wrong item, what do I do?

Please email us asap at for immediate action, rest assured we will do our best to correct this mistake as soon as possible.

8. Do you have exchange or refund policy?

We accept returns for a full refund on any product purchased in the last 7 days. Our return process is incredibly simple and designed for ease of use. Please follow these simple steps. We can only refund or replace UNOPENED boxes or parcels. The items must be in ORIGINAL condition.

We can only do refund if the product that we sent is already expired, otherwise, we cannot do or process any refund once you already received the item.

  • Order number (you can find this on your email address with your confirmation email). If you happen to order via Facebook Page, just present your Complete name and we will search it manually.
  • Items needed for refund.
  • Reasons for refund.
  • Refund method, please send your Bank account or where do you want your refund to be deposited.

2. Once we receive all the necessary details, we'll send you our office address to process the refund immediately.

3. Your refund will be processed in 24-48 hours after receiving the items on our office.
